According to the reflection from the "Guofa Monitoring Platform", our company's (sewage discharge outlet) COD hourly exceeding standard phenomenon occurred starting from 1:00 on April 8th, resulting in the daily average value exceeding the standard on the 8th (the exceeding value was 959.36mg/L, and the standard value was 150mg/L). Engineers from Wuxi Dayu Technology Co., Ltd., the third-party online operation and maintenance company, arrived at the site for inspection on the same day and found that it was caused by a fault in the nine-way valve. The on-site quality control sample verification of the facilities failed. The engineers disassembled, cleaned and repaired the nine-way valve, and the platform resumed the normal operation of the facilities at 8:40 on the same day.
