What we need to pay attention to when using powdered nitrile rubber is the issue of plasticization. Excessively high temperatures will cause pores to form. In addition, do not mix plasticizer DOP, PVC, and powdered nitrile rubber together, because powdered nitrile rubber will preferentially absorb DOP, leading to uneven mixtures. Too short a plasticizing time will also affect the granulation effect.
