The school-enterprise cooperation signing ceremony between Tianchang Jianghuai Group Wandong Chemical Co., Ltd. and Anhui University of Science and Technology was grandly held at 2:30 p.m. on November 15, 2011 in the conference room on the 10th floor of Anhui University of Science and Technology. Relevant municipal departments: Chen Jining, Director of the Economic and Information Technology Commission, and Liu Biao, Deputy Director of Tianchang Science and Technology Bureau, attended the ceremony. Also present at the signing ceremony were Liu Jianrong, Chairman of Jianghuai Group; Xu Changwei, General Manager of Wandong Chemical Co., Ltd.; Yao Nengping, Deputy General Manager; Chen Congbin, General Manager of Shanghai Yige Industrial Co., Ltd.; and Xuan Haoyang, Director of the Group Office.

The ceremony was hosted by Professor Xu Wanxiang, Dean of the School of Science, and proceeded in a grand and enthusiastic atmosphere. President Liu Ning, Vice Dean of the School of Science Wang Xuchun, and Chairman of Jianghuai Group Liu Jianrong delivered passionate speeches respectively. The conference held an award ceremony where Anhui University of Science and Technology awarded Anhui Wandong Chemical Co., Ltd. the Industry-University-Research Cooperation Base. It also held a signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement between the two parties. Director Chen Jining of the Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission and Liu Biao of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau also delivered important speeches respectively.
